About the role
- Organize, coordinate and supervise all airport operational activities of the subsidiary
- Ensure ongoing alignment between available resources and operational requirements
- Ensure continuity and reliability of operations in compliance with contractual commitments
- Analyze operational results, identify variances and implement corrective actions
- Propose and advocate organizational change projects or resource resizing initiatives
- Manage all subsidiary staff and lead the middle management team
- Participate in defining human and material resource needs in coordination with support services
- Oversee compliance with HR obligations: medical examinations; validity of training, certifications and badges; access and driving authorizations; professional appraisals and return-to-work interviews following workplace accidents
- Monitor the subsidiary’s performance against targets set by headquarters
- Ensure implementation of QSE (Quality, Safety, Environment) policies and procedures
- Ensure strict compliance with security obligations during service delivery
Requirements
- Advanced degree (Master’s level / Bac+4/5) in management, air transport, operations, engineering or equivalent
- Significant experience in an operations management role, ideally within an airport or complex industrial environment
- Proven experience managing large, multi-level teams
- Strong familiarity with regulated and standards-driven environments
- Fluent professional English (client interactions, documentation, meetings)
- Knowledge of aviation regulations and IATA standards is a plus
