About the role
- Perform network optimization and network audit to meet customer requirements
- Provide 5G deployment and optimization strategy support (Layer management and traffic steering strategy, NSA/SA, spectrum strategy, site densification, network sharing, TDD RN optimization, DSS, network slicing, spectral efficiency)
- Focus on executing audit and optimization of services, accountable for part of the solution and of the service process
- Keep time, performance and quality according to company requirements and customer contracts
- Provide an optimization solution for NR & LTE and trace the solution to collaborate with operators to implement it
- Design and plan wireless site for network with simulation tool (added advantage)
- New feature testing, technical discussion, and integration troubleshooting support
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in radio planning & optimization
- Minimum 3 years of experience on 5G HUAWEI
- Minimum 5 years of experience on 4G
- Hands on HUAWEI vendor algorithm & tools (iMaster, PRS, MAE, FMA)
- Capability of KPIs analysis and optimization
- Complaints handling
- Drive test log files analysis
- Familiar with radio planning tool and optimization tools
- Able to use the tools to work in high efficiency way
