About the role

  • Location: This role is based out of one of our hub locations (Scottsdale AZ, Atlanta GA, Denver CO, Boston MA, Seattle WA, Washington DC, San Francisco CA) and follows a hybrid schedule, onsite Tuesdays through Fridays with flexibility on Mondays
  • Reports to: Senior Manager of Professional Services
  • Travel: 10%
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Develop detailed project plans to track progress
  • Configure and stage customer equipment in preparation for deployment
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
  • Deliver technical support during deployment phases, ensuring adherence to Axon standards

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in Information Technology , Networking, or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of experience in advanced computer network implementation, encompassing systems software, applications software, hardware, and configuration management
  • Advanced understanding of networking concepts, including LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, and IPv4/IPv6
  • Experience with IP-based Ethernet networks, including layer 2, layer 3, and firewall configurations
  • Familiarity with 4G/5G LTE technologies, APNs, and WWAN solutions
  • Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of applications on Windows-based, iOS, and Android operating systems
  • Proficiency with networking tools (e.g., cmd, ping, tracert, netstat, nslookup)
  • Experience leading deployment readiness through detailed project planning and resource coordination
  • Expertise in generating comprehensive project documentation, including network diagrams and deployment reports
  • Collaborates with internal teams and customers to validate deployment plans and ensure readiness
  • Manages pre-deployment data to enable successful field execution
  • Monitors deployment progress and addresses deviations proactively
  • Delivers technical support during deployment phases, ensuring adherence to Axon standards
