Engineer

• Perform network optimization and network audit to meet customer requirements
• Provide 5G deployment and optimization strategy support (Layer management and traffic steering strategy, NSA/SA, spectrum strategy, site densification, network sharing, TDD RN optimization, DSS, network slicing, spectral efficiency)
• Focus on executing audit and optimization of services, accountable for part of the solution and of the service process
• Keep time, performance and quality according to company requirements and customer contracts
• Provide an optimization solution for NR & LTE and trace the solution to collaborate with operators to implement it
• Design and plan wireless site for network with simulation tool (added advantage)
• New feature testing, technical discussion, and integration troubleshooting support
