About the role
- Lead the People strategy, aligning people, culture, and business goals
- Plan and structure HR/People processes (Recruitment, L&D, engagement/climate, benefits, performance, internal communication, and people management)
- Serve as a strategic partner to leaders
- Collect, analyze, and interpret people-related data
- Lead and evolve programs such as performance reviews, IDPs (individual development plans), succession planning, onboarding, and engagement initiatives
- Ensure legal compliance and proper execution of labor and employment processes
- Support the building and development of company leadership
- Lead strategic People projects
- Represent the People function in company decision-making
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a leadership role in HR/People
- MBA or postgraduate degree in Strategic Management, Leadership, or related fields
- Experience with People Analytics, OKRs, strategy, and culture
- Experience in leadership development and performance management
- Experience in technology companies or startups
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence across the organization
- Experience in fast-paced or high-growth environments
