About the role
- Improve and optimize operational processes
- Ensure adherence to processes across all domains
- Lead the continuous improvement initiative
- Monitor and improve Service Level Agreements (SLA)
- Produce performance reports and analyses
- Define and track indicators (KPIs)
- Perform functional analyses

Requirements
