About the role
- Lead deployment (roll-out) projects as well as functional evolution initiatives.
- Manage project coordination and act as the liaison with websites and applications that consume PIM data.
- Facilitate and lead functional workshops with business stakeholders to gather, analyze and clarify requirements.
- Analyze business processes and needs to design pragmatic, scalable and fit-for-purpose solutions.
- Present and document functional solutions to business and project stakeholders for validation.
- Manage the Stibo STEP data model: support business teams in preparing the data model (hierarchies, attributes, classifications) and review and validate data load results.
- Plan and execute end-to-end testing, ensuring solution quality and preventing regression in existing flows.
- Coordinate and oversee project workstreams (detailed design, build, interfaces, etc.) and provide regular reporting to the business project manager.
- Apply and promote Stibo STEP MDM best practices throughout projects.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring clear, structured and continuous communication from scoping through to production.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent) in Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 4 to 6 years of functional experience with Stibo STEP MDM, ideally in international environments.
- Proven experience in project management or in autonomously leading major workstreams.
