• Facilitate seamless onboarding for new bank and MFI clients, ensuring they are fully equipped to use the platform effectively and troubleshoot any challenges they encounter.
• Support their go-to-market strategies.
• Coordinate and project manage collaborative initiatives with partner organizations, maintaining alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Identify and cultivate leads for Oze’s LMS and business app to drive growth, expanding Oze’s reach and influence among Nigerian MSMEs.
• Support go-to-market strategies and launch new products within Nigeria, working closely with internal teams and client teams to ensure smooth execution and high adoption rates.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute events and workshops, managing logistics, vendor relationships, and on-site operations to ensure a seamless and engaging experience for attendees.
• Be the voice of the customer for Nigerian entrepreneurs by gathering insights and feedback to inform product and marketing strategies, aiming to achieve success levels comparable to Oze’s results in Ghana.
• Work on-site with a financial institution client weekly to encourage active use of Oze’s LMS, guiding their team on implementation best practices and maximizing the platform's benefits.
