Growth Marketing

• Develop and execute product-led growth marketing strategies for each of our fintech products.
• Analyze user behavior and market trends to inform growth initiatives, with a focus on our markets of operation including Ghana, Nigeria, Rwanda, Madagsacar, Senegal, Côte d'Ivoire and more.
• Build acquisition loops, run performance marketing campaigns, and deliver consistent growth in signups.
• Create 2–4 SEO/GEO-optimized content pieces (blogs, lead magnets, etc.) each month to generate and qualify leads.
• Create and manage product marketing communications that bring users back into our applications and increase lifetime value.
• Run monthly growth experiments to increase ROI, reduce CAC, and improve retention.
• Drive buzz and brand awareness through earned media and mentions in strategic publications, and help identify and execute new partnership opportunities.
• Work with product, sales, and leadership to align growth efforts and achieve company objectives.
