Collaborate with frontend engineers to run experiments, write PRDs, answer implementation questions, and clarify feasibility.
Work closely with backend engineers to understand technical constraints, especially around proxies, networking, and platform architecture.
Guide the product designer to align features with user needs, product goals, and real usage data.
Partner with the risk team to manage internal tool improvements that support fraud prevention and user verification.
Support the commerce lead (in charge of CS, account management, and marketing) by running pricing experiments and incorporating customer feedback from support channels into the product roadmap.
Help prioritize engineering work based on cost, user impact, and business goals.
Requirements
5+ years experience as a Product Manager, Saas infrastructure tools highly preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational habits.
High product curiosity.
Clear, proactive communication, ability to thrive in hybrid async + live collaboration.
Comfortability using tools like Mixpanel, PostHog, or Google Analytics for hypothesis-driven development.
Skills in writing clear documentation, specs, and feature breakdowns.
Able to balance speed and quality while working with engineers and design.
