About the role

  • Manage workplace and security tools.
  • Do Service Desk tasks and provide license assignments to Oxylabs people.
  • Perform weekly, monthly, and quarterly audits of IT licenses.
  • Purchase the requested software.
  • Troubleshoot SaaS tool issues.
  • Do other exciting and essential tasks related to license management.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar position or technical support role.
  • Fluency in English and Lithuanian.
  • Friendly and helpful personality with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Constant interest in up-to-date IT technologies and AI news.
  • Experience using Jira Service Management and Google Sheets.
  • Able to work on your own and take the initiative.
  • Strong willingness to learn skills and grasp new concepts.
