About the role

  • Set the paid media strategy across paid search, social, affiliate, and influencer channels.
  • Use analytics to uncover insights and improve marketing efficiency.
  • Partner with creative to develop, test, and scale high‑performing ad creatives.
  • Mentor, develop, and grow a team of senior performance marketing managers.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience leading a full‑funnel performance marketing team.
  • Hands‑on experience with multiple ad platforms: Google Ads (must have), Reddit and LinkedIn Ads (nice to have).
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into action.
  • Excellent prioritization and time management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • B2B/SaaS advertising experience is an advantage.
  • Customer Value Management experience (email and CRM marketing) is an advantage.
