Deploy and configure Oxygen Forensics software solutions for clients.
Plan and execute software deployments across diverse network environments, including LAN, WAN, VPN, and air-gapped configurations.
Assess client network environments prior to deployment and identify configuration requirements, firewall rules, and connectivity dependencies.
Utilize virtualization and cloud technologies to deploy and configure software solutions.
Engage with clients both remotely and on-premises as needed.
Document deployment activities, network configurations, and outcomes, providing detailed reports and updates to the team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product functionality and user experience.
Stay current with industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve service delivery.

Requirements

3-5 years of hands-on networking experience, including routing, switching, firewall configuration, and network troubleshooting; CCNA or equivalent certification preferred.
Experience deploying software in enterprise or government networked environments; familiarity with segmented networks, VLANs, and security-controlled access is a strong plus.
Working knowledge of virtualization technology.
Working knowledge of cloud technologies, AWS preferred.
Comfortable with client-facing engagements, including the need to be on premises with the client.
Professional-level written and spoken English proficiency required; this role involves direct client engagement with a diverse cohort of clients and must meet the communication standards of those interactions.
Experience with Active Directory.
Exposure to project management.
