• Full control of editing process.
• Uploading and release of weekly podcast episodes with written content for each.
• Monitor podcast and social performance, using insight and support from the team to inform content and growth decisions.
• Organise and manage logistics for podcast recordings, including venue booking, support equipment setup, guest experience and where needed support guest travel arrangements for on-location recordings.
• Develop engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram & LinkedIn – but we are open to exploring new channels!) to promote podcast episodes and engage with our audience.
