About the role

  • Responsible for building and establishing various processes that support our sales organization
  • Independently lead projects in areas closely related to sales
  • Focus primarily on go-to-market and marketing projects
  • Orchestrate OXG’s dialogue marketing and ensure the success of this important channel
  • Responsible for the IT tools of the dialogue marketing channel and oversee requirements for our CRM (Salesforce)
  • Create the sales pipeline, manage projects end-to-end, provide reporting, and coordinate external service providers
  • Support the development of project management standards within the Sales Enablement function

Requirements

  • You have professional experience in project management and are eager to deepen your expertise
  • You hold a university degree or a comparable qualification
  • You have a strong interest in analysis and reporting and work with Excel on a daily basis
  • Google Analytics is a plus but not essential — it can be learned on the job
  • You have experience at the interface between sales and marketing
  • Knowledge of direct marketing or dialogue marketing is an advantage
  • Confident user of Microsoft 365 and ideally experienced with Jira and Confluence
  • You should have worked with a CRM before — we use Salesforce; experience with other systems is equally valuable
  • You are a team player
