About the role

  • Responsible for strategic Customer Operations projects – from the strategy roadmap to go-live.
  • Independently develop, design and implement business models.
  • Negotiate with wholesale partners to align processes and define and specify contract components.
  • Design efficient end-to-end processes (fulfillment, order-to-activate, service processes).
  • Implement solutions for process automation.
  • Support the operational responsibility for the service platforms.
  • Prepare SWOT, potential and gap analyses to identify success factors.

Requirements

  • Several years of professional experience managing complex projects
  • University degree in communications engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering, business administration, or a comparable qualification
  • Solid knowledge of telecommunications engineering, FTTx technology, service platforms, and in-depth process knowledge in Fiber Order Management/Fulfillment and Service Management
  • Strong customer- and quality-oriented mindset combined with a structured working style
  • Confident presence and persuasive team and communication skills
  • Open mindset with the ability to quickly and thoroughly familiarize yourself with new topics and structures
  • Team player in a multicultural environment
  • Fluent German and good English skills
