About the role

  • Responsible for developing and implementing various processes that support and improve our area selection
  • Support the management of the end-to-end selection process for expansion areas
  • Lead and manage projects aimed at improving and automating processes
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, including interfaces with Sales, Deployment, Real Estate, Engineering and Finance
  • Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the selection process by driving concrete optimizations of the systems and tools involved
  • Assess expansion areas qualitatively and quantitatively based on strategic, technical and commercial considerations and KPIs, and support them through to completion

Requirements

  • Analytical thinking and working style, with a good understanding of the telecommunications industry and fixed-line technologies
  • Completed degree in business administration or a technical field with initial relevant professional experience (including internships), e.g., in area selection, network rollout planning, campaign selection, or supporting strategic projects
  • Interest in and experience with various IT tools (GIS tools, reporting tools, Excel including macros)
  • Confident demeanor and strong communication skills in both German and English
