About the role
- Responsible for providing strategic advice and support on People & Culture matters.
- Serve as a sparring partner for leaders in leadership development.
- Work on People-related topics on a project basis.
- Develop new concepts and optimize existing processes.
- Use People data and analytics to inform decisions and prepare decision materials.
- Oversee recruiting activities and support/participate in interviews.
- Support leaders with strategic workforce planning.
- Guide colleagues through all phases of the employee lifecycle to ensure a positive employee experience.
Requirements
- Degree in business psychology, social sciences or a related field, or equivalent vocational training.
- Practical work experience in the People/HR area.
- Experience in HR/business partnering.
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications and Personio, or willingness to learn.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Creative mindset and willingness to rethink processes.
- Confident communicator in German and English (at least B1+).
- High degree of empathy and a team player.
