About the role

  • Own the OQC brand, ensuring global consistency and alignment across all campaigns, content and communications.
  • Lead end-to-end global marketing campaigns across digital, press and events, bringing technical storytelling to life and strengthening OQC’s market position.
  • Execute PR activity including press releases, pitches and media engagement to grow awareness in target markets.
  • Develop compelling, insight-led content across newsletters, social media, website copy and blogs, ensuring scientific accuracy and brand alignment.
  • Partner with Commercial and Technical teams to deliver ABM, lead generation and sales enablement activity that drives measurable pipeline growth.
  • Independently run CRM workflows, automations and reporting to optimise campaign performance and engagement.
  • Lead the planning, logistics and promotion of marketing events, owning delivery from preparation to on-site execution.
  • Track engagement, ROI and impact using GA4, CRM and reporting tools; presenting insights to the team and continuously optimising performance.
  • Work cross-functionally with technical experts, Developer Advocates, leadership and external suppliers to ensure strategic alignment and high-quality execution.

Requirements

  • Strong experience leading end-to-end marketing campaigns across multiple channels, delivering measurable ROI and impact.
  • Proven experience in ABM, lead generation, and sales enablement within commercially driven environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop engaging scientific or technical content, working alongside subject matter experts.
  • Confident using analytics and reporting tools (HubSpot, GA4, AgilityPR) to track performance and optimise campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience managing marketing automation platforms, including workflows, reporting and CRM integration.
  • Experience operating in fast-paced, scaling or start-up environments where ownership and adaptability are essential.
  • Strong cross-functional experience working with commercial, technical and leadership stakeholders. Experience managing external agencies and global supplier relationships.
  • Qualified through experience, supported by Bachelor’s degree, CIM Level 4 or equivalent.
