About the role
- Own renewals and expansion across a portfolio of enterprise health system accounts
- Build and execute strategic account plans to deepen relationships, mitigate risk, and grow account value
- Identify and close upsell, cross-sell, and broader enterprise expansion opportunities
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across customer organizations
- Lead renewal motions, including navigation of procurement, contracting, legal and InfoSec as necessary
- Maintain accurate forecasting, strong pipeline visibility, and CRM discipline
- Partner cross-functionally to turn successful adoption into long-term commercial growth
- Ensure customer utilization and analytics are tied back to meaningful outcomes in order to demonstrate continuous value and ROI
Requirements
- 7–10+ years of quota-carrying experience in enterprise client success, strategic account management, or enterprise SaaS sales
- Recent experience working with U.S. health systems / IDNs / hospitals
- Proven success retaining and growing large, complex accounts through renewals and expansion
- Experience closing six-figure+ SaaS agreements and navigating sophisticated buying and contracting processes
- Strong commercial judgement, executive presence, and forecasting discipline
- Nice to have Experience with clinical education, simulation, workforce readiness, learning technology, or healthcare operations
- Experience expanding from a pilot or a departmental deployment to broader enterprise adoption
