About the role
- Assist in meeting Technical 1st level support objectives for the Imaris Software Packages for customers based across EMEA and USA.
- Provide effective first level support of technical license, IT compatibility and other technical or operational issues.
Requirements
- Fluent in English
- Customer service or help desk experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and MAC OS
- Technical knowledge with hardware, subsystems, peripheral and networking equipment
- Knowledge of Imaris software would be an advantage
