About the role

  • Assist in meeting Technical 1st level support objectives for the Imaris Software Packages for customers based across EMEA and USA.
  • Provide effective first level support of technical license, IT compatibility and other technical or operational issues.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English
  • Customer service or help desk experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows and MAC OS
  • Technical knowledge with hardware, subsystems, peripheral and networking equipment
  • Knowledge of Imaris software would be an advantage
