• Manage and monitor the administrative handling of customer orders, from entry to invoicing.
• Manage licenses and subscriptions in the company’s business application.
• Monitor deliveries, handle disputes and follow up with customers.
• Update customer databases and prepare commercial reporting.
• Assist in preparing quotes, contracts and tracking payments.
• Support the preparation and monitoring of management dashboards.
• Analyze variances between forecast and actuals (revenue, margins, costs).
• Contribute to the monthly close and preparation of financial reporting.
• Support improvements to internal sales administration and management control processes.
• Collaborate with sales, finance and operational teams.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects (digitization, automation, etc.).
