About the role
- Develop and lead a high-performing GTM & G&A Recruiting team, ensuring clarity of roles and consistent execution as the company scales
- Partner with Business leaders and the Head of Talent to own headcount planning, hiring forecasts, and reporting across GTM and business functions, aligning talent strategy with Finance and People leadership to meet company goals
- Define, track, and drive success against team metrics and hiring goals (e.g., time-to-fill, quality of hire, capacity modeling, pipeline health), using data to inform decisions and improvements
- Personally lead and support critical executive and senior-level hires, ensuring a high talent bar and well-managed candidate experience
- Drive foundational recruiting projects and team improvement initiatives, including process optimization, tooling, interviewer enablement, and scalable operating rhythms to support rapid growth
Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on recruiting experience owning GTM and business hiring across high-growth startups (Series B–D preferred) and more established, scaled organizations, with a proven track record of delivering against aggressive hiring plans
- Minimum of least 3 years of people management experience
- Proven people manager who sets clear expectations, runs regular performance management, and coaches recruiters to consistently hit hiring goals and quality standards
- Deep experience owning headcount plans, hiring forecasts, and executive-ready reporting, with the ability to manage tradeoffs and recalibrate as business priorities shift
- Demonstrated success leading and closing executive and senior leadership searches, from intake and sourcing strategy through offer and close
- Strongly analytical and operational, using data to diagnose issues, manage capacity, and drive concrete improvements in speed, quality, and candidate experience
- International recruiting experience (especially Canada and LATAM) highly preferred
