Project Manager

• Develops and maintains project schedules
• Selects, coordinates, and manages subcontractors and suppliers
• Tracks/reviews project budgets weekly with the Construction Manager
• Manages change orders from initiation through approval
• Coordinates project billing and invoicing
• Serves as the primary point of contact for client communications
• Leads pre-construction meetings
• Provides daily and weekly project status reports to clients as required
• Coordinates activities with customer-provided vendors
• Schedules and manages vendor, material, and equipment deliveries
• Coordinates with vendors and customers to resolve missing equipment or parts
• Ensures all required inspections are completed
• Coordinates outside agency and third-party inspections, including DEP and other authorities
• Obtains Certificates of Occupancy (CO) as required
• Manages project closeout documentation and delivers final packages to the customer
• Facilitates lessons learned sessions with internal stakeholders
• Manage multiple projects concurrently
