About the role
- Leads and participates in the creation and auditing of lab documentation.
- Onboarding and training of new and existing talent.
- Equipment calibration/verification including PM schedules.
- Compliance with industry specific testing standards.
- Ensures rigorous compliance to safety processes.
- Develops self as an expert in test methods within the Roofing Systems Lab.
- Maintain and update cross training matrix and establish robust training process.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts or Science Degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience working in a R&D laboratory environment.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Exposure to ASTM, and international standards
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to travel up to 10%
- Ability to be onsite for work
