About the role
- Responsible for the coordination of communicating customer specifications to the production team.
- Initiate and implement technical improvements, prevent, and resolve technical problems.
- Assess the capabilities of the processes and manage safety risks.
- Develop training materials and work instructions while gauging compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree is required - Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a continuous manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Utilize Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and AutoCAD.
- Utilize SAP for data entry and reporting.
