About the role

  • The TPM Lead- FI Coordinator is the point person for the facility to the Regional CI Leader
  • Creates a rapport with floor personnel to garner genuine Voice of the Employee (VOE) ideas for Kaizen Projects
  • Provides administrative and data collection functions for plant Kaizen pre and post work
  • Assists with trending and educating floor personnel on the importance of their engagement toward continuous improvement efforts

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required
  • 2 year degree preferred, but can be working toward this goal
  • Current/prior strong involvement with TPM teams
  • Leadership training/experience
  • Must be able to learn the tasks and responsibilities of this position
