About the role
- Maintain a constant focus on safety
- Ensure a workplace compliant with environmental standards
- Develop and deploy TPM
- Link TPM implementation to the achievement of company objectives
- Facilitate Kaizen events and lead large-scale transformation projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related discipline (preferred)
- 2 to 4 years of experience in TPM (JIPM) or in deployment and leadership of continuous improvement / Lean
- Proven experience implementing Lean Manufacturing or TPM
- Bilingual (French – English)
- Knowledge of Six Sigma
