Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, data analytics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience, or 3+ years of experience in the glass industry
- Experience working and managing relationships with partners to drive positive outcomes
- Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and confidently across all levels of the organization
- Strong track record in influencing cross-functional teams
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and inspire trust with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to travel domestically or internationally as required, up to 20%
