- Coordinate communicating customer specifications to the production team
- Focus on initiating and implementing technical improvements
- Manage safety risks in area of responsibility
- Use statistical methods to validate process and product improvements
- Develop and implement new ideas for quality or productivity improvements

Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a continuous manufacturing environment preferred
- Utilize Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and AutoCAD
- Utilize SAP for data entry and reporting
