About the role

  • Oversee OVRSEA’s HR function across four countries, managing a team and ensuring smooth HR operations and a high-quality employee experience from onboarding to offboarding
  • Collaborate with the HR teams of the two other companies involved in the merger to harmonize policies, processes and HR systems
  • Contribute to the success of the integration plan by fostering human engagement, in collaboration with the Integration Office led by Clémence
  • Ensure proper execution of all HR processes in coordination with the HR trainee and our external partners across the four countries
  • Design and deploy new policies or processes where appropriate
  • Coordinate the relationship with the CSE (Works Council) in France and facilitate related meetings
  • Provide regular HR reporting to the Executive Committee
  • Ensure compliance with applicable employment and labor laws
  • Serve as the daily point of contact and advisor to managers on all individual and collective HR matters

Requirements

  • 8–10 years of experience in human resources
  • Ideally with experience in an international context
  • Ideally with managerial experience
  • Strong execution skills and ability to take full ownership of tasks
  • Solution-oriented and highly autonomous
  • High level of rigor, attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Fluent French required and professional proficiency in English essential
  • Spanish or Italian is a plus
  • Knowledge of the Syntec collective bargaining agreement and/or the Transport collective agreement is a plus
