Administration

• Administration of internal hardware assets, lifecycle management, and procurement of IT and network components.
• Full administration of Microsoft 365, including Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, and identity management via Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Oversee test, production, and race servers; maintain SQL databases, perform advanced backup and restore operations; develop monitoring scripts using Python and shell automation.
• Manage and harden firewall systems, conduct security screenings, maintain audit trails, implement password and account policies aligned with corporate standards.
• Maintain and develop the OverTake forum ecosystem — including user roles, permissions, add-on integrations, and API interconnections with third-party systems.
• Oversee Adyen and Chargebee configurations, recurring billing logic, webhook reliability, and transactional data integrity.
• Ensure continuous alignment with EU GDPR, Porsche Group requirements, and internal data handling policies.
• Design and enforce privacy frameworks, breach-prevention measures, and data lifecycle governance.
• Manage external service providers, agencies, and freelancers across IT, ad tech, and compliance functions.
• Implement, monitor, and optimize ad placements, including ad partner networks and video reward systems.
• Oversee CMP configurations and ensure technical/legal compliance for data collection and consent flows.
• Support full-stack development and infrastructure-as-code implementations where required.
• Partner with Porsche and internal stakeholders on modernization, cloud migration, and long-term infrastructure strategy; attend meetings and produce reports.
