Engineering Manager, Full Stack, Data

Product Manager

• Lead 0-to-1 product development for a new AI-native grid resilience product, from earliest problem framing through to first version shipped and used by customers.
• Decide what to build (and just as importantly, what not to) by combining customer discovery, AI feasibility, and Overstory's broader vision.
• Design and ship agentic, AI-native workflows in tight loops with engineering and design, favoring prototypes, evaluations, and live customer reactions over long specs.
• Define the success metrics for this new area, set what "good" looks like, and hold the team honest as we iterate.
• Communicate clearly and frequently with the broader Overstory team, making the bets visible, the learnings shareable, and the trade-offs explicit.
• Contribute to the broader product strategy at Overstory as we figure out how this new area connects to, and reinforces, the core product

Staff Product Manager, AI

Solutions Engineer

• On a typical day, you might be: running satellite imagery through a pipeline and validating the output; debugging a geospatial join in Python; reviewing a draft analysis with a Customer Success Manager before it goes to a customer; talking with a utility vegetation manager to walk through findings and adjust based on what you hear; refactoring a notebook into a reusable script for the team; or sketching out how a recurring customer ask could become a product feature.
• Ensure our customers get the most possible value out of Overstory through technical and analytical work
• Own customer projects end-to-end, from data requests and processing through analysis to customer-ready outputs, in close partnership with Customer Success.
• Work with large geospatial datasets (vector and raster) from Overstory's platform, customers, and third-party sources — process, validate, analyze, and turn them into outputs customers can act on.
• Build rapport with customer counterparts. Translate technical findings into recommendations that change decisions and lead to better outcomes for our customers.
• Build the technical foundations for what we productize next
• Identify patterns across customer work that are worth standardizing and productizing. Convert one-off projects into repeatable artifacts.
• Strengthen engineering quality so analytical work is easier to validate, hand off, and scale.
• Partner with product and engineering to build the productization roadmap.
• Strengthen the analytics workflows and infrastructure that support both customer impact and future productization.

Operations

• Design, implement and monitor scalable AI systems & workflows (not just manage work)

• Own the strategy and execution of ABM programs for a focused list of strategic accounts.
• Build integrated, multi-channel campaigns (paid social, email, website, digital events) to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline.
• Partner closely with Sales and Customer Success on coordinated plays that support expansion, upsell, and renewal motions.
• Continuously optimize funnel performance, audience targeting, and conversion rates.
• Develop and execute an account-based digital program including paid channels, account targeting, intent signals, personalized creative, and coordinated plays with Sales.
• Improve website conversion paths, landing pages, and personalized account experiences.
• Partner with Revenue Operations to shape marketing operations and reporting dashboards; including workflows, scoring, segmentation, and nurture programs.
