• Define and execute the long-term development strategy for our enterprise software solutions organization-wide.
• Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team of developers and analysts, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
• Oversee the continued optimization of our Workday and Salesforce environments, ensuring seamless integrations and high-value data output.
• Pioneer the adoption of AI agents and LLM prompting (e.g., Gemini) to automate workflows and enhance decision-making across the organization.
• Establish organization-wide software governance to mitigate risk, eliminate data silos, and maximize the ROI of our technology investments.
• Manage complex capital and expense budgets, prioritizing initiatives that align with Perkins’ global mission.
• Partner with C-suite leadership to align IT initiatives with business objectives, acting as a technical influencer across the NGO.
