About the role

  • Own onboarding and training for all Pre-Litigation department roles.
  • Design, develop, and deliver structured onboarding and continuous training programs.
  • Train team members on case workflows and legal timelines, documentation standards, and client communication best practices.
  • Identify knowledge gaps, quality issues, and performance trends; implement targeted training and coaching solutions.
  • Partner with leadership, attorneys, and operations teams to ensure training aligns with legal, compliance, and business requirements.
  • Track and report on training completion, readiness, and effectiveness.
  • Ensure team proficiency in the firm’s CRM and case management systems.
  • Create, update, and maintain training materials, standard operating procedures (SOPs), process documentation, and reference guides.
  • Conduct coaching sessions, role-playing exercises, and quality reviews to improve consistency and performance.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and promote best practices across the Case Management department.

Requirements

  • Strong English communication skills (C1 level), both verbal and written.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional training, coaching, or teaching experience, preferably in a corporate or operational environment.
  • Experience designing structured training programs and onboarding workflows.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Hands-on experience creating and managing training content within an LMS.
