About the role
- Serve as the initial connection between our firm and prospective clients.
- Assist potential clients through the intake journey.
- Perform preliminary evaluations of potential clients to determine case eligibility.
- Collect, organize, and manage necessary case documentation.
- Maintain consistent follow-up to build strong client relationships.
- Uphold a high standard of customer service to establish trust.
Requirements
- Strong English communication skills (C1 level), both verbal and written.
- Must be bilingual — fluent in both English and Spanish.
- At least 2 years of customer service experience.
- Prior experience in sales or any client-facing role is required.
- Previous experience specifically in Lemon Law intake or related legal case management is a huge plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with Hubspot is a huge plus.
- Must have a laptop or desktop computer with specific minimum specifications.
- Ability to work independently from a home office.
