About the role
- Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across Google Ads and paid social channels
- Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and campaign performance
- Continuously test creatives, audiences, and messaging to improve ROI
- Monitor and improve website performance and user experience
- Optimise landing pages to increase conversion rates and click-through rates (CTR)
- Collaborate on content, layout, and funnel improvements
- Manage and grow social media presence across relevant platforms
- Plan and schedule content aligned with brand and campaign objectives
- Analyse engagement and optimise content performance
- Track and report on key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, conversion rates)
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations
- Use tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other platforms
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in digital marketing / performance marketing roles
- Proven experience with Google Ads and social media advertising
- Strong understanding of conversion rate optimisation (CRO)
- Experience with website CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress, Shopify)
- Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation skills.
