About the role

  • Partner with Paid Media, SEO, and Organic leaders to document current ramp practices
  • Extract best practices and tribal knowledge from existing Training Hub documentation and organize them into a structured training curriculum
  • Partner with Support Managers & Operations to maintain SOPs that underpin training curriculum
  • Build standardized ramp and certification checkpoints
  • Transition training ownership into the Support Center Platform
  • Train on Google Ads, Meta, GA4, GTM, Ahrefs, GSC, and organic social workflows
  • Develop platform certifications prior to production access
  • Reduce campaign execution error rates
  • Improve Quality Assurance accuracy
  • Standardize tagging, tracking, audits, and launch readiness
  • Partner with Director of Support on workforce ramp planning
  • Partner with Support Managers to monitor execution quality trends
  • Maintain and update training materials as tools, platforms, and workflows evolve; proactively flag tooling changes that impact execution standards
  • Partner with the L&D Manager to align curriculum under Digible University
  • Build structured career progression pathways from Coordinator to Strategist

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, agency operations, or execution leadership
  • 2+ years of training, enablement, mentoring, or team leadership experience
  • Strong understanding of agency workflows across Paid, SEO, Organic, Client Services, and Onboarding
  • Experience building or formalizing structured training programs
  • Comfort presenting in group training environments
  • Strong documentation and process design skills
  • High attention to detail with a strong quality mindset
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence without direct authority
  • Experience with tools such as Google Ads, Meta, GA4, GTM, Salesforce, TaskRay, Ahrefs, etc. preferred
  • Agency experience strongly preferred
