About the role
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest
- Develop and execute a monthly social media content calendar
- Write compelling captions aligned with brand voice and seasonal campaigns
- Manage community engagement including comments, messages, and customer interactions
- Monitor social media trends and implement relevant content opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to promote new products, promotions, and seasonal launches
- Track and report on engagement, reach, and follower growth
- Plan, launch, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across: Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping)
- TikTok Ads (desirable)
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and campaign segmentation
- Optimise campaigns to improve ROAS, conversions, and cost per acquisition
- Perform A/B testing on creatives, copy, and audience targeting
- Manage advertising budgets and ensure campaigns deliver maximum ROI
- Monitor campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads
- Prepare monthly performance reports highlighting insights and recommendations
- Identify opportunities to scale successful campaigns and optimise underperforming ones.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in Social Media Management and PPC advertising
- Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Proven track record managing eCommerce marketing campaigns
- Experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g. Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, Sprout)
- Strong copywriting and content planning skills
- Ability to interpret marketing data and optimise campaigns accordingly
- Experience using Google Analytics and performance dashboards
- Eager to learn, open to new challenges, and willing to undergo training or upskilling to grow professionally
- Bonus to have: Basic knowledge of SEO best practices
- Experience with Shopify, including editing layouts, updating product photos, and listing products.
