About the role
- Schedule and publish social media posts across platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Design engaging social media content using Canva or similar tools
- Adapt content to align with brand guidelines, campaigns, and promotions
- Monitor comments and messages and respond in a timely, professional manner
- Maintain a content calendar in line with internal SOPs
- Answer inbound customer calls, emails, and social media enquiries
- Qualify inbound leads by gathering key information (needs, budget, timeline, decision-maker status)
- Accurately log lead details into CRM or tracking systems
- Dispatch qualified leads to the appropriate sales team member
- Follow up with prospects where required to ensure smooth handover
- Assist the sales team with preparation of sales support documentation
- Create and update order forms, quotes, and client onboarding documents
- Ensure all sales documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with internal processes
Requirements
- Min 2.5 years Proven experience in social media posting, basic graphic design, and use of tools such as Canva across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with confidence handling inbound customer enquiries via phone and digital channels
- Experience in lead qualification, customer service, or sales support, including creating order forms, quotes, and sales documentation
- Comfortable working with CRMs and internal systems (e.g. HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce), with familiarity in reporting or basic analytics considered an advantage
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, able to multitask, manage competing priorities, and work effectively within SOP-driven, structured processes.
