About the role
- Respond promptly to inbound customer messages via SMS, email, and messaging platforms
- Provide professional, templated responses while ensuring messages are personalized and accurate
- Monitor communication channels to ensure no customer inquiries are missed
- Process and review work orders for accuracy, completeness, and quality control
- Enter and update customer and service data within internal systems
- Assist with scheduling service appointments and updating scheduling changes
- Support territory managers by ensuring accurate job details and scheduling coordination
- Identify and flag service or communication discrepancies for correction
- Maintain real-time communication updates for service status, appointment confirmations, and customer inquiries
- Generate end-of-shift reports summarizing completed tasks, communication activity, and outstanding items
- Assist with data entry and documentation of service records
- Support operational efficiency by maintaining organized workflows and tracking systems
- Assist with quality assurance checks to ensure customer information and service details are correct
- Help maintain customer satisfaction by ensuring clear, timely, and professional communication.
Requirements
- Min 2.5 Years Of Proven Experience in customer service, client communication, administrative support, or coordination roles
- Strong written communication skills, particularly in SMS and email environments
- High attention to detail and accuracy with data entry and documentation
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Comfortable working overnight or off-hour shifts
- Ability to follow structured workflows and communication templates
- Comfortable working independently while maintaining accountability.
