About the role
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media promptly and professionally.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide accurate solutions or escalate when necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on unresolved cases.
- Monitor trends in customer feedback and suggest improvements to processes or products.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Assist in creating FAQs, knowledge base articles, and internal documentation.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in non-voice customer support or related roles.
- Strong written communication skills with excellent grammar and clarity.
- Proficient in CRM software, ticketing systems, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Patience, empathy, and a customer-centric mindset.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team.
