About the role
- Manage and maintain Shopify product listings, inventory levels, pricing, variants, and collections
- Ensure catalogue accuracy and alignment with marketing campaigns
- Troubleshoot backend, feed, and inventory-related issues
- Plan and manage email marketing campaigns
- Execute and optimise paid campaigns across: Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display)
- Support creative development, messaging, and promotional campaigns
- Build and optimise workflows, funnels, and nurture sequences within CRM platforms (GoHighLevel or similar)
- Implement on-page SEO best practices and keyword optimisation
- Track and analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and reporting dashboards
- Provide weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights
- Monitor KPIs across paid, organic, and owned channels
Requirements
- Proven Shopify e-commerce operations experience
- Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and Search Console
- Experience with Google Shopping and product feed management
- Experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms (GoHighLevel highly regarded)
- Email marketing campaign experience including segmentation and reporting
- SEO knowledge including on-page optimisation and performance monitoring
- Strong reporting, organisation, and communication skills
