About the role

  • Manage and maintain Shopify product listings, inventory levels, pricing, variants, and collections
  • Ensure catalogue accuracy and alignment with marketing campaigns
  • Troubleshoot backend, feed, and inventory-related issues
  • Plan and manage email marketing campaigns
  • Execute and optimise paid campaigns across: Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display)
  • Support creative development, messaging, and promotional campaigns
  • Build and optimise workflows, funnels, and nurture sequences within CRM platforms (GoHighLevel or similar)
  • Implement on-page SEO best practices and keyword optimisation
  • Track and analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and reporting dashboards
  • Provide weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights
  • Monitor KPIs across paid, organic, and owned channels

Requirements

  • Proven Shopify e-commerce operations experience
  • Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns
  • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and Search Console
  • Experience with Google Shopping and product feed management
  • Experience with CRM or marketing automation platforms (GoHighLevel highly regarded)
  • Email marketing campaign experience including segmentation and reporting
  • SEO knowledge including on-page optimisation and performance monitoring
  • Strong reporting, organisation, and communication skills
