About the role
- Develop: Research and plan content, write captions, design creative assets, and build 30-day social calendars.
- Design & Create: Produce eye-catching graphics, infographics, and branded visuals that drive engagement.
- Optimize & Test: Ensure posts are engaging, on-brand, and tailored for each platform while analyzing performance.
- Collaborate: Work with copywriters, account managers, and media buyers to align visuals and messaging.
- Feedback & Innovation: Incorporate feedback and stay current on design and social media trends to improve content.
Requirements
- 2+ years’ experience in content strategy, social media management, or digital marketing.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), or similar design tools.
- Excellent English writing skills (B2 proficiency), caption writing, and scheduling tools (Hootsuite or similar).
- Creative, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and collaborative with strong problem-solving abilities.
