About the role
- Develop: Design style guides, lead magnets, slide packs, social media templates, and more using Canva and Figma.
- Optimize & Test: Ensure all creative assets are visually appealing, optimized, and ready for use across platforms.
- Collaborate: Work with team members to align designs with brand strategy and update as needed.
- Feedback & Innovation: Incorporate feedback and stay current on design trends to improve quality and creativity.
- Create visually compelling, high‑converting brand kits and digital assets that resonate with clients’ brands.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency, test for optimal performance, and bring fresh, innovative ideas to enhance visual output.
Requirements
- Strong background in digital marketing and 2+ years of design experience or a relevant degree.
- Exceptional design skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Canva (Figma experience a plus).
- B2 English proficiency.
- Self‑motivated, collaborative, and detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving abilities.
