About the role
- Devising and executing User Experience research studies
- Plan and conduct user research using both qualitative and quantitative methods
- Translate insights into clear, actionable findings for design and product teams
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers to ensure user needs are at the center of our decisions
- Create research plans, screeners, scripts, and reports
- Present findings to stakeholders in a clear, compelling way that connects user insights to business goals
- Help standardize and scale research operations within the team
- Support Figma-based design work during quieter research cycles
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree. Or, any combination of education and experience which would provide the required qualifications for the position.
- 3-5 years of experience in UX research
- Experience synthesizing data into usable insights and opportunities
- Healthcare or enterprise software experience
- Experience in testing for regulatory certification
- Strong understanding of usability testing, interviews, surveys, and other research methodologies
- Familiarity with design systems and how research informs reusable UI patterns
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
- Project management and strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and a strong sense of ownership over your work
- Ability to manage your timelines and priorities
- Ability to support Figma-based design work during quieter research cycles
