About the role
- Own the end-to-end design and updates of B2B catalogs and packaging
- Design, update, and maintain seasonal product catalogs and individual line sheets
- Refresh and maintain packaging designs to align with updated branding
- Support digital design needs including ads, emails, and Amazon A+ content
- Support digital design projects (e.g., emails, Amazon A+ content, online advertisements)
- Ensure cohesive branding and deliver high-quality assets on time
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and web design teams to ensure consistent brand messaging
- Maintain clear version control and organized design files
- Present ideas and design directions with clarity and confidence
- Report directly to the COO and follow a structured design workflow
Requirements
- Proven experience in graphic design, particularly in marketing, e-commerce, or consumer goods
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe InDesign
- Intermediate proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and Google Suite
- Strong sense of color, layout, and typography
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills in English
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Previous experience working remotely and collaborating across teams
- Familiarity with packaging design and print-ready file preparation (preferred)
- Experience working with consumer product or lifestyle brands (preferred)
- Previous experience working with North American teams (preferred)
