Account Executive

• Your mission is to acquire new enterprise clients by leveraging your network and expertise to solve complex CX challenges.
• You will strategically prospect and build your pipeline from the ground up, calling on your Referral and C-suite "rolodex" of CX, Customer Care, Operations, Finance, and Technology leaders.
• You'll lead a complex, consultative sales cycle, using your deep knowledge of CCaaS, AI, and BPO to anticipate client needs, build partnerships, and position the perfect multi-faceted solution.
• You will be the face of our advisory practice, leading executive briefings, solution demos (with support), and high-value negotiations in multi-stakeholder environments.
• While this is an individual contributor role, you’ll be a "strategic thought leader," collaborating with internal experts to build and close unstoppable solutions.
