About the role
- Ensure the successful delivery of Outsight's Spatial Intelligence solutions to clients
- Drive multiphase software and hardware customer implementations effectively
- Monitor project cash-flow in terms of revenue and costs
- Manage several engagements concurrently, potentially between 2 to 5 customers
- Facilitate standard project management methodology for all implementations
- Present technical solutions effectively to diverse stakeholder groups
- Analyze and resolve technical issues during implementation
- Conduct weekly status meetings with customers
- Provide tailored training sessions to the end user
- Ensure implementation success before transitioning to customer success team
- Interface with internal product, engineering, and sales resources
- Contribute to the product input feedback process to ensure valuable customer input
- Identify stakeholders in the existing customer portfolio and provide insights to the sales team
Requirements
- Master’s degree (Engineering or Business)
- 5 to 7+ years of experience, ideally including 2+ years in a Technical role (Computer Science, Electrical, Industrial, Automotive, or Mechanical Engineering)
- 5+ years in a client-facing delivery role, preferably within a B2B SaaS or deep-tech environment
- 3-5+ years of Project management with multi-disciplinary teams
- Project management certification such as PMP, Prince2 (Good to have but not mandatory)
- Native Spanish speaking is required
- Comfortable with ambiguity and ability to work with minimal support
- Highly organized with a strong sense of urgency to meet deadlines
