• Create enterprise strategy and inspire Area and local teams in execution within large healthcare customers
• Develop key growth sales strategies, tactics, and action plans in Acute, Chronic and Home markets
• Partner with clinical and capital field teams to build and develop installed base of Tablo Systems within national accounts
• Build top-down and bottom-up sales strategy executed at executive level to accelerate Tablo adoption across areas of opportunity
• Collaborate with capital and clinical sales teams to provide tools, resources and targets for hospitals and markets
• Coordinate product demonstrations, ROI models, launch plans and expansion strategies for health systems
• Negotiate long-term contracts and secure annual budget commitments
• Manage physician/nursing/executive relationships to drive scalable clinical, financial and strategic references across care sites
• Create and scale National IDN process capturing financial, clinical and strategic value of Tablo and schedule QBRs
• Develop best practices, KOLs, white papers and expansion templates for all sites of care
• Active involvement in weekly and quarterly sales planning, execution and project management processes
