Customer Operations Associate

Content Marketing Manager

• Own the content strategy across the full funnel (awareness, consideration, decision) to support sales-led revenue goals.
• Plan and manage an editorial calendar aligned to product launches, campaigns, sales priorities, and existing content optimization.
• Create content across multiple formats - from short-form video, to tools & templates and interactive demos, to webinars - move beyond traditional blog posts to tell our story and reach our audience.
• Manage existing content agency and plan how to scale content further using people or tools for video and content production, campaigns, and design, etc.
• Analyze the impact of content and prioritize the roadmap based on content that builds our brand, drives traffic, and converts.

• Partner with Design, Product and Engineering to define problems, map user journeys, and craft experiences that drive business impact.

• Collaborate in design critiques and contribute to a consistent, accessible design system.

Backend Engineer

Backend Software Engineer

Accounts Receivable

• Prepare, review, and issue customer invoices in a timely and accurate manner, following contract terms and internal policies.
• Monitor accounts receivable aging, track overdue balances, and perform follow-ups on past-due accounts.
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies, credits, and adjustments in coordination with finance, sales, and customer success.
• Maintain detailed and organized records of invoices, payments, and billing communications in the finance system/ERP.
• Reconcile billing data to the general ledger and assist with monthly close tasks related to revenue and AR.
• Generate recurring billing and ad hoc billing reports for finance leadership and business partners.
• Support implementation of new customers, pricing updates, and contract changes in the billing system.​

• Serve as a strategic partner to executive stakeholders, guiding customers through adoption, expansion, and long-term success.
• Own commercial health across a portfolio of high-value accounts, driving renewals, upsells, and advocacy.
• Develop account plans and success frameworks that align with customer business objectives.
• Partner with Sales to identify and close revenue expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
• Translate customer feedback into actionable input for Product and Engineering.

• Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) plans for new product launches and feature enhancements.

• Collaborate closely with the founding team to refine sales processes, identify market opportunities, and drive strategic growth.
